Earlier today, during testing of new functionality within our CRM, an automated email may have mistakenly been sent to you. An example of the message is shown in the following screenshot:

We sincerely apologise for this error and for any confusion it may have caused. Be assured that this was not a phishing or spam message. The lasernetgroup.com email domain is legitimate and will be used increasingly over the coming months as we continue our transition from Formpipe to Lasernet.

We take incidents like this seriously and have already put additional safeguards in place to prevent unintended automated emails from being sent in the future.
