This article provides a solution to avoid reports of the same kind being merged when printed via the AX batch server. This solution article applies to LAC versions older than 184.108.40.206.
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Administration > Setup > system > server configuration.
2. Find the batch server used to handle print through Lasernet.
3. Set the parameter “Maximum batch threads” on this server to one (1) and the problem will be solved.
This is a standard AX problem. AX has problems when the AX batch server is multi-threaded. We have seen this issue with Pickinglist and Invoices.
