As part of the second preview release of Finance and Operations 10.0.43 (Update 67), Microsoft has introduced an updated HTML editor called CKEditor.

If you encounter issues with the Email editor within the FO Connector, disable the preview feature called Upgrade to the HTML editor control.

This feature upgrades the version of CKEditor used by the HTML editor control in Finance and Operations applications to version 5 (from version 4), aligning to the version currently used in other Dynamics 365 products.
