#637 Purchase orders are getting wrong data when adding to custom fields.
#640 Added Formpipe logo to the Extension overview list.
#641 Document Layout Table lookup is now fixed.
#642 Document Layout Fields list change. Now starting with Table No. lookup in the first column and also prefill Field Name.
