There has been a security update to Java that prevents Importing Documents (and possibly printing) in Autoform PDM and Autoform DM prior to version 7.1.x. We always recommend installing the latest Java updates and upgrading to the latest version of Autoform DM. 

We do not recommend reducing the security settings for Java, however, if you cannot upgrade to the latest DM and you are happy to accept the risk, you can reduce the Java security level to medium. 

This can be done by changing the security level:

1. Open the Control Panel and then the Java Control Panel.
2. Select the Security tab and drag the Security Level slider to medium.
